anybody have any experience with this guy? i have a pair in my 46gal planted tank they have spawn twice. They are still pretty small about m 3in f 2in. Is it possible to keep any more cichlids in their without their being to much trouble? maybe a bigger cichlid that would mine it own business. Forgot to mention tank is 48L*14W*16H*

I have a breeding pair in with some goodieds in a 2'x2'x1' tank.
They're pretty shy fish that don't get too big - my male is probably 3.5-4". I would not keep them with big or aggressive fish. Sajicas or spilurum or cutteri would be a good match. Maybe HRPs or nanoluteus as well.
Mine aren't particularly productive breeders for central americans - relatively small spawns and infrequent. They're not spectacular fish but pretty in their own way...
