Does anyone have any info on these? I've done some research, and they seem easy enough, but I just think it's odd so few have them, and am curious if there's a catch. They seem like awesome little fish and I'd love to get a pair. So if anyone has any experience or knowledge with these, I'd love to hear it. Oh, and does anyone know by any chance where to get some?

Ok, thx. Anyone else?

They pretty much covered it. They stay small, are not very aggressive, and are much harder to breed then most of the other archocentrus. Wetspotcx is were mine came from on aquabid and he had some listed last time I checked.

I have had 2 groups of them and have found they do much better in a group rather than separating a pair. They are also much more sensitive to water conditions than any other
archocentrus / cryptoheros I've kept. My groups also did much better in low current tanks where I did 20% WC a week. I found mine suffered if I did any more or any less.
