Crystal Red Shrimp

I just noticed these shrimps on the HIKARI bag of SHRIMP CUISINE. They're the little red and white ones. They are really cute

Just wondering where I could find them and for how much?
I've heard they're not cheap

My LFS sells them for $8 apiece or 3 for $20. Tiny little guys for the price, but they're pretty good looking shrimp.

You need low PH to keep these guys living.

My pH is high, and mine breed. They are not nearly as sensitive as you hear.

i have hard water and high ph and it slowly killed all my CRS off. what they say about soft water/lower ph is true. i suggest getting ada aquasoil amazonia to soften the water. it is a staple of many CRS breeders. keep in mind too that there are grades to them. grades below grade A will not even look like crystal reds you see in pics.
