well it's been awhile i guess but i assure you that RTCs are growing (if only sideways) and pim is the same length (if not the girth). The resident O is still holding his ground (but no longer growing i think).

the previous experiment of introducing pangasius-variant juvi cats has been a total disaster - let's say they can not outrun RTC and Pim. All were gone by morning though they were very pretty (green sheen). I saw them in the fresh fish market one day.

All of the resident fish can be handfed but i don't like them taking food from my fingers as they are quite rough when taking food - like being filed.

Now a days, i just buy fish by kilo then ask my maid to chop them up then i feed them (one every three weeks ... hmmm about two killos each time).

Interstingly, the aquarium is no longer green but i could not be bothered to clean algae of the side.

Arapaimas will be joining them again after this winter. Hmmm perhaps jar as well for that matter

these are my clean up crew for MP heads that aros don't eat

PS: just an observation - the cats digest normal fish better than SH. i once fed them live SH (large) only to find to days water completely fouled up and carcases of half-digested snakeheads ewwwwwwwwwwwwwwww. the new 'normal' chopped up fish are never thrown back out.
