Never heard of this particular pairing but I know it is possible. I doubt you will find much on it, Cuban hybrids are rare.

I easily could argue that other fish are the scourge of the hobby. For example Jack Dempseys, horrible ugly fish.

Never heard or saw a Cuban/Parrot cross, you might get better responses too if you post questions like this in the hybrid section. Personally I like BP's but I don't think a cross with a Cuban would make an attractive hybrid, but I could be wrong.
