Hi All,

Just a quick heads up to get this on your radars; still details to hammer out with a lot of work stuff going on right now, but wanted to let you know that we will very likely be having some Cuban and spotted gars (yes, actual spotted gars, not Floridas) available in the next month or two. Will get prices figured out as well as numbers available. There is a lot going on on our end so they will only be available for a brief window as time will be short for packing, shipping, etc.

If you are definitely interested be sure and shoot me an email (solomonrdavid@gmail.com) with "Spotted Gar MFK" and/or "Cuban Gar MFK" in the subject line. best of luck to all of you with your fishes!--

PS - SPGs are around 10-11", CBGs are between 8-13".
 
roflmao... my husband is sitting next to me and the first word out of his mouth was "%*^%!" ... i just commented that i found my xmas present!
 
lol, talk about selling spotted gar I think I will sell 2 of my gar to Scott but I don't know how I'm gonna do the shipping as I don't have time and experience for that. If he want to buy your gar instead of mine then it might be good for me as well.
BTW I think I will go catch some more spotted gar(and mabye try to catch what I think is a black spotted gar) when I have time around thanksgiving.
 
This will certainly give the gar lovers on here a chance at some excellent examples of these rarely sold gars! Do you mind if I make this a sticky for the time frame that these will be available in order to keep this thread at the top?

Also, for anyone interested, please keep any sales-type posts limited to emails to Solomon so that I don't have to move this thread.

i can definitely give you some pointers on shipping if you would like to try, no problem. i am still very interested in samples from those fish too. please shoot me an email and i will reply (MFK inbox fills up too much). will have a simple way of saving some until we can get organized with shipping them. other than that, i would definitely buy a gar or two from you if i wasn't looking at a massive collection overhaul coming up in the near future. will be in touch, and good luck with your new gars!--

and lol, my fingers are really big too so I bought the Samsung Galaxy Note 2 and no more texting with the S-pen.
 
you guys just drive up and fish with me, Ill get you tons of spotted and shortnose gar :nilly:

A cuban gar is one I would love to get my hands on one day! Heck, I dont even have a tank right now!
