Nice pic and ray, but don't understand the meaning of the title?

The Cuban cichlid. Ray looking at the nandopsis as food, I assume.

Nice pic! That cuban won't be eaten the ray may have a small chance of eating it but most likely won't. On the other hand if the ray gets aggressive the Cuban will tear those eyes off the ray

A sleeping Cichlid is no match for a determined and hell bent ray.
Only a matter of time in my experience before the Cichlid has it's face chewed up.
I hope it doesn't happen of course but usually it does!
