Hi, after some expert advice, was sold these as pair Cubans, but really unsure if male female?, any response welcome, many thanks in advance.

they do contrast to each other as male and female.
I believe they are

Females usually have a very dark area in the dorsal fin, and more general dark coloration.
In both your photos the dorsal is down, so its hard to tell.
Females are also much more torpedo shaped, ,ales a steeper profile.
In your first pic could be the female is on the right, but need a better shot of the dorsal to be more sure.
