who has the biggest Cuban cichlid and how big is it?

I had a male hit the average of a little over 10".
Female only hit 5", because she started spawning about 4".

The pair lived alone in a 6ft tank, but after 3 spawns, I gave them up to a friend with 220gal community tank, where I'm sure they grew more.
