You can buy copepods (sometimes sold to kids as sea monkeys) from most arts and craft stores. Not sure if it would be a similar diet or not. But might be something to look into.

These are generally Brine shrimp, there are far cheaper options to buy these in bulk, but sadly they are rather nutritionally defficient.
Sieve sieve sieve.... ummmm trying to rememeber where I got my first few (after a wile i started buying material and making my own... ummm
They sell some, but not really ideal ones... you want something between 800 and 900micron or 19-20 mesh(US) (as the adult size is 1000-1500micron) so if you buy from them get the 475 from the 8" drop down, as its the only suitable one (though far from ideal).

Try googling it? it
should be fairly easy to find now that you know the size needed. Just another quick note, if you have a skimmer running (most people do sadly...) then you will have to dose your fuge regularily with phytos as well, or they will not breed well (still need phytos to eat, skimmers remove them), the sea lettuce is more of a hiding space/breeding grounds, they like tight spaces to "sleep" breed and hide (a selection of snail shells is good for this as well).
here is Reefnutritions on statement on it
"Culturing Tigger-pods will typically not thrive in your main tank for three reasons:
1.there is no place for them to hide, and they are such attractive food that they get eaten quickly and disappear
2.there is not enough food (microalgae) for them
3.it takes 20-30 days from when their eggs are laid until they mature into breeding adults ready to start laying eggs, so the chances that they can persist long enough to breed under these conditions is practically zero.
The best way to culture Tigger-Pods is to put them in your sump or refugium where they are safe, or culture them in a separate tank. Either way, give them lots of microalgae "
