culturing live rock

Hi,
Anyone having any idea on how to culture LR.I currently have a 75g FOWLR system running and am planning to set up a 120g FOWLR tank for which i need LR.Will putting LR with base rock convert the base rock into LR over time.

you to have some seed rock in there also (live rock) but all you need is to ahve good lighting a good current and a decent calcium level if you keep this up the base rock will start to get coroline and other things growing on it
