How small are we talking about? Many juvies do look to have a spoonhead but some will turn out bullethead. It's usually at around 8"-10"+ where you can tell for sure if your aro will turn out spoonhead or bullethead. SR chili are common with spoonheads. Also if both parents have spoonheads then you have a spoonhead 100% for sure from the start.
