I was noticing that both my Vitattus show colors on the tail and have slight diff shape. The smaller of the two always has the lower half of his tail a bright red and on both tips of his fin, it doesnt curve and come to a point like the other one. Now the other one has more yellow and usualy at night is when some red comes out. As for his tail on both tips of it, it comes to a peak with a nice arc. I know that they are both Vittatus (atleast look like every other VATF 100% to the scales...), so I was just wondering if anyone else has noticed that in their atf. Also if the color on the tail or shape might be the diff between sexes, or just the dominant one

pics please

Ill try to post some tomorrow. I only have a camera phone so work with me. Ill take some better shots tonight and post tomorrow

Yeah, looks the same. Just no red on the top part of his fin. The rest looks identical (sorry for the crappy pics. Camera phone :( )

Here are some very bad pics, but you can see the diff in the back fin. The top pic is the one with arcs on the tips and the 2nd and 3rd pic is my other atf. You can see that he doesn't have arcs on his back fin like the first one that come to a peak. Out of the two atfs that I have, I noticed that the smaller one (with the red tail) is in charge of the TANK. I was just wondering if anyone had similar stuff, since not much info on sexing. Just thought I would mention I have 2 Vitiates from the same shoal and noticed they had differences in their tail. Maybe its a start to sexing?
