Tank: 300 gallon 8'x2'x30"
Filters: Dual Eheim 2260 with upgraded 1262 pumps (In a few days) standard eheim recommended media inside.

Stock:
5 - Tinfoil bards (4" - 9")
3 - Fei Fengs (3" - 7")
3 - Pictus cats (2" on 2 and 6" on other)
6 - Clown loach (4" - 6")

2 - Tire track eels (10" & 13")
3 - Snyo cats (3" - 4")

Reason I am asking is I just purchased some new fish (10 or so) that I may have to temporarily house in this system for a few weeks until the new tank is ready but am worried about stock levels and the bio levels in the filters.

Thoughts?

Depends more on what the water change schedule is along with the percentage of water changes done?

I would increase the water changes to once a week or at least twice a month. But then again im a water change nazis! (and i dont pay for water)

How are your water parameters with the current water change schedule?

If you add 10 fish to ANY tank, you're going to have an ammonia spike until your bacteria catch up to the increased bio-load. Up your water change schedule for at least a month and keep an eye on your parameters.
