Looks farm raised to me so likely fasciatum but really we can't say till it's larger and more developed assuming it develops correctly...

Definitely agree on the farm raised I just have never seen fasciatum so golden and hes been this coloration since about 3" when I got him

Part of the issue with IDing them is supposedly fish have been released into the wild causing hybrids as well and of course there’s many tsn hybrids with other species let alone other tsn species. As for coloration there’s many factors with that such as diet, genetics, habitat, mood etc. could be as simple as that specimen is more dominant hence being more vibrant or maybe opposite sexes with one trying to woo the other.
 
Chances are overwhelming by a million to one that this is anything else but a usual farmie, supposedly a fasciatum but could be an unknown hybrid of several species. We don't know. The market is flooded with them only pretty much.
