I ship in medical grade coolers(no charge as I get these free)these are about 2x thicker that your standard coolers. shipping charge will be vary by location. I only ship overnight in the cold months.(duh)
I use Heat packs and bag buddies as well as not feeding your fish for 3 days prior to shipping. Not responsible for losses due to shipper damaged packaging.That is why you pay for insurance.
