Current stock question?

So currently in my 220 I have 5 tiger silver dollars, 4 bala sharks, 3 tinfoil barbs and a flagtail. Would this be over stocked, or full? Don't want to add anything else was just asking others opinions. Filtration is an ehiem 2262, Fx-5 and three Aquaclear 110 and I do two water changes a week. Just looking for some input from others.

Pretty active Tank. The barbs are all 10 inches and the balas are between 7 and 10 inches.

It's not the activity, they're just all silver fish. Barbs in general are pretty active and fun to watch though. I quite like all of the fish you mentioned but I don't think I'd like that one single tone of color myself. If you like it, great. Considering some of the vastly overstocked tanks we see on this site, yours is probably slightly understocked and well maintained/filtered. Mad props to you for that!

Sounds good to me too and you'll enjoy healthy fish with that amount of volume/stock/filtration/water changes. Colour is not what makes the tank interesting to watch. There are plenty of colourful tanks with boring colourful fish that can't keep my attention at all. I am personally a fan of active fish with personality, whatever their colour, ant it often happens those fish aren't the most colourful.
