just how difficult is it to buid your own aquarium? i want to build like a 400 gallon tank.

Plywood, with a viewing window.. search the DIY forum for plywood, Many awesome examples.

Good luck man. I'm gonna try one this next summer right now I'm working on a DIY 3-d backround but I need holes drilled in the back of my 40b to install bulkheads for the custumized filteration plumbing I want to intergrate into the backround. I pretty much got my mind made up to try it myself. anyone has any advice or experience let me know
