Heavy Duty, Custom made stand. Do not know what type of stainless it is, but it does not rust and it is sturdy and very heavy. Was made for a two standard 55 gallon fish tanks: Top and Bottom- but has also been used for multiple ten gallon tanks as well, etc. This is a one of a kind!
