custom media plus penguin 350

on the box of my pebguin 350 filter it says it has extra slots for custom media.How do u add custom media.do u do this by buying media bags and putting them in the extra slots with the media in them or what?The 350 has four slots in all does this mean that you can add for carbon cartridges in the filter?

Well, if it's anything like the emperor filters, it has two gray empty cartridges(baskets?) that you can add media to and stick back in the filter.

I don't use carbon constantly, so I've put some seachem matrix bio media in them.

Here's a simple little DIY guide if you want to do the same but with added air (I don't think its needed as there's a ton of water moving through it already.)
