cyanobacteria(black algae) is back?

I've posted about this before and was told to clean my tank manually. so i did but its back and growing faster than ever is there another way to kill this algae or will i have to use algae killers. they claim to be fish safe but you never know. please help thxs.

Cyano is a bacteria and Black beard is an algea if you post a pic to id which you have it would help. If it is Cayno it can be eliminated by using Erithromyacin.

cyanobacteria is typically bluish-green (cyano=blue) and forms in sheets . . . is that what you are experiencing ?

yeah very dark and kinda harry. whats Erithromyacin? thanks for your help.
