Cyanobateria removal

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
You need to figure out what's causing it, are the lights on too long, are you overfeeding, high phosphates in your water supply? Cyano is a sign that something else is off, you need to find the source to be able to get rid of it.

When i used to get it in my 200G it was due to high phosphates...

I added a phosphate removal pad and within a week it was pretty much gone...

In my case it was from feeding all the frozen food... So upped my water changes and cut back a little on feeding messy foods...
