my tank is about one and a half month now, i just did a no2 and no3 check but they ar 0 i didnt do a nh3 nh4 check cuz i dont have the test kit so m i still on cycling? how come i dont see any no2 yet? m i fail to cycle? mine is 23 gal and got 5 fishes in it, i know is a bit too much and added fish too fast on cycling.

I think you should have done a little bit more research and prepared a little bit more before you dove into saltwater fishkeeping.

How fast did you add these 5 fish...did you use any bacteria to cycle your tank like Seachem Stability or Dr Tim's One and Only?

Agreed, freshwater and saltwater are two very different things. First saltwater takes a lot longer to cycle then freshwater, even in a 23 gallon. And you probably shouldn't have added fish so soon, usually you should start off with live corals, then snails or shrimp and then fish.
