I have 3 of the same HOB filters running on 3 different tanks, should I take the black stuff (idk what it is but after it runs through filter pad it hits the black stuff) maybe carbon? out of one of my established tanks and switch the carbon with the 55 gallon filter to get it cycling faster?

I'm cycling also. I was told by hillbilly to switch my AC110 from current active tank & use that to cycle new tank. that was one of the best tips I have seen on cycling.
