does anyone know how to cycle an aquarium for 200 baby mystery snails? It's coldwater because my heater broke.

MMmmm, snail farming.
Ordinary fishless cycle.
or
If you already have the snails, start up you filter get some fresh used bio-material and add it to your filter, Or use bio-spira if you can get a good batch.
What type of filter do you have?
And who hated you enough to give you 200 mystery snails?

Actually 200 baby snails is probably about the right bioload to cycle the tank 
Just put them in, add a bit of cycled media to the filter and go for it, they will be fine.
