So I finally upgraded from a 55 to a 120 a few months ago and just had some koi and turtles and EBJD in there as a kinda stock tank. Well long story short... either some driftwood or rocks got fertilizer or weed killer in there and destroyed my lil pals/:

I was thinking an Amazon type theme or African type.

What kinds of plants and stock do you think I should use.

I plan on using CO2 for live plants and have 2 canister filters on it.

Well, if you're going for live plants, it limits your choices. You could do an awesome Amazon biotope. Personally, I'd go with wild discus or angels, ghost knife, larger tetra species like Bleeding Hearts, smaller cichlids like rams, there's plenty of choice!

African would also be cool, some ideas...
-Elephantnose
-Baby whales
-Microsynodontis cats
-Congo, yellowtail or alestes tetras
-Ropefish
-Vampire shrimp
-African butterflys

That was one of the things I was thinking about is blue rams. and yeah I want some live palnts just because I hate looking in my other tanks and seeing all the plastic. This is going to be my first planted tank so I am kind of anxious.
