Cycling New tank Q's?

Hey everyone, Jus got done drying my hands off... My mother had me set up a 20G tank for my niece (shes almost 1)
I setup the filter (whisper 20-40)

Now I'm in the process of cycling it.
I suggested getting a few feeder goldfish to help establish the nitrate/nitrite cycle, which i will later feed to my ARTC.

I also want to get my striped raphael out of the ARTC's tank, but I'm afraid to put him in this uncycled tank yet... how long should I wait before adding my raphael? I know their hardy but dont want to lose him to the ARTC or to an uncycled tank

This is gonna be a community tank, with mollies danios maybe some small tetras... the raphel will eat baby fry, no big deal... its good population control

put the raph cat in there. he'll kick off the cycle

Use some material from the filter in your established tank in the new tanks filter.You should be able to have the tank cycled in no time
