do i need to do water changes whilst cycling tank. i finally got my 164 gallon tank. the 60x24x28H inch tank.
 
No. Fish or no fish, it just prolongs the cycle. Just use ammo-lock or something to de-neutralize it.

Are you implying it was neutralized? and what was neutralized?

its already got everything out i dont need to use water conditioner/de chlorinator i have the water filtered through carbon. here are some pics i will add a tilapia in a week when i get my heaters.

my live rock i collected water is blue because i did use water conditioner for it.



my tank i got 3 days ago. only started cycling this morning.
