I have a 75 gallon all set up for cichlids and want to cycle the tank before i put any in . What are some good fish I can have cycle my tank ?

I think that most people here would recommend that you perform a fishless cycle. This is supposedly faster and doesn't require you to torture any fish. There are many posts about the technique. You might want to check them out. It'll give you plenty of time to tweak your setup and build a large colony of bacteria so that you can stock your tank all at once.

On the other hand, I'd suggest something that your cichlids will eat.

Do u have a tank thats already Cycled. I just take the media from another tank and put it on my new tanks.

Well, if you just have a fishless cycle and dont add anything to it. When you add the fish the tank will re cycled.... due to the fish no producing any poo and waiste..

Start with a couple feeders, or even snails.

Search fishless cycling, and if you can transfer some old media.

When I get my new 100 set up this week I'm going to use old media from the parent's tank
