It has been awhile - glad to be back on this forum as it and its members have been a huge influence on my aquatic photography! I have not shot my 125-gallon Mikula tank (Cyphotilapia gibberosa - Zaire Blue Mikula) in a while and my alpha has become shy again. I am trying to spend more time with my camera in front of the tank to get him used to it again. He is starting to improve. Hope to get some nice flared fin shots in the future; but, for now,... here's some of my favs.
Btw: comments and even critiques are very welcome. Thanks!
This is the alpha male in this tank - I call him "Nyatzi"
And here are a few pics of some of the females...
Holding female tumbling eggs
This last image is of Nyatzi cruising in front of his harem
Hope you like.
Cheers,
Russ
