State of chaos
in with the Rosy Reds and Mosquitofish last week. White with red face and black on the tail. Coloration reminds me of a Tetra but no adipose fin and it came from a feeder farm pond. I would've gotten one but no idea on care. If I can get a name I can research it and save him from becoming Oscar food.

bump sorry guys i just want to know what it is if i can get info maybe i can rescue him from becoming a feeder

Not all tetras have adipose fins. Emperor tetras (Nematobrycon palmeri) do not have adipose fins. Pics please.

False rummynose (Sawbwa resplendens)? But their tails are not usually black although you are correct that these ones do not have adipose fins.

if it was in a feeding tank it probably is some sort of killie or something like that
