When i first saw this thread pop up again, i thought maybe, just MAYBE the young grasshopper got his way and was starting the tank build... but low and behold... still no tank... oh well... back to the grave with this thread...

What about the stock just listed? Id really rather do pairs though I would like to see some large cichlids fighting off other large cichlids to protect young like In the wild. Don't think I would even want to do an all male tank. I already have the oscars and jack Dempseys. Only thing I need is the convicts. Which I'm getting in the mail soon.

Pairs are going to be useless if there other big fish with them to feel comfortable but since you already have 3oscars I guess good luck!
