daily diet ?

i was wondering if i should feed my jar daily like everyday or should i like not feed him for a day or 2 jsut for digestion thats what i been reading off other forums that aros need atleast 2 days of digestion is this true .

Matters how big they are...everyday if still under a foot, after that it seems everyones got a FAV. one day to fast, two days to fast, feed every other day, feed two day skip one, etc. Just make sure to give a nice varied diet, shrimp with a tail shell attached is good for helping digestion.
