I'm going to college next year like 30 minutes away from my house. I'm not going to be able to come home everyday and I don't know if I would want to come home every weekend, especially because I have football. I don't think anybody in my family would want to feed my fish everyday I only have one tank set up at home and I was wondering if anybody has experience with one of those daily feeders. The kind that are like mechanical and drop the food into the tank with some programming. Any reviews? How much would one cost? Is this a good idea?

I have one. Its so so. Usually just use flakes in it, and it clogs unless you shake it well beforehand and break the flakes up into small pieces. Have tried it with pellets and that works much better. Guess it depends what your feeding
