So I just installed a new exhaust on my bike and have spent the last few weekends overhauling the carburetors. Tune this, fix that, polish this clean that, you know how it goes. Yesterday I went down to the licensing office and got my 2011 plate stickers.
Finally! Ready to ride! I tell myself... Boy was I wrong!
It went from pleasant +8 to +10 degree (c) weather, no snow, fairly dry grass and roads
to
12" of snow in about 8 hours!
Man am I pissed off. I'm the kind of biker that rides regardless of temperature, just as long as its not snowing or if the roads are icy. Now I'll probably be waiting another 3-5 weeks for this snow to melt.
If that's not bad enough I just sucked up today's newspaper with the snowblower. That was a good 2 hours wasted trying to unjam it from the fan blade. FUN FUN FUN!
