Damn Pump

I have a pump for my wet dry,not sure the brand just say 5 utailty pump.
The damn thing keep,( not pumping ) so i have to tak it apart then put it togethr work fine then dies in 1 day. What could it be? PLEASE HELP! i will post pics if needed!

is there something coming from your tank that's blocking the impeller?
Make sure the impeller is ok, and feel the pump to see if it gets too hot. It might be seizing from heat.

Get yourself a little Giant. Apparently they are really good pumps just a little noisy due to the fact that it is air cooled unlike most others that are water cooled. But are suppose to be bullet proof!

little giants are great pumps, mine is perfect on my 265.

I dont even think it is that loud lol.

it keeps running but doesnt pump water, it really doesnt shut down

If you can remove the impellor I would take it out and clean the whole thing very well, warm water and a cotton swab, maybe even use some alcohol and a cloth or swab.
