How resillant are most P.Bass...
I recently purchassed my first (will post pics later) about a month ago. has been doing very well the last few weeks, was very timid at first. was fine this morning. now I get home from work, and his mouth is huge, and I"m like wtf. Then I thought, great ambicious sucker got something stuck in his mouth and all I could think of was a story on her a few months back about some one who had an angel that tried to eat a octo, and was up in arms on what to do. remember some of the responses, due to their spines or w/e, none so good. Anywise, I had just got home, so, I figured I'd work on something with him after I let the dog out. come back, can't find him anywhere. wtf... where'd he go? maybe he jumped out. start looking around the floor, sure enough he's on the floor not moving. (with the octo out of his mouth and a few inches away) I grab him and he jumps, I drop him as quickly as I can in the tank. now he's still breathing, swims to the bottom. and now he's just sitting at the bottom, breathing heavy. once in a while he swims to another part of the tank, and resettles on the bottom... think he'll make it? would something like melafix? or stress coat help out? the octo made it too, but has a kink in his midsection.... think he learned his lesson? or is it trouble still waiting to happen?
