So I decided to be a moron and drive to work today. Roads sucked after all the snow and it is freezing out there. Was a balmy -11 this morning. Anybody else braving the cold?

Warmed up the car and started to get ready but decided I'm not over the flu enough.
 
haha no school in the great white north. Staying home and chilling.
 
Hello; I did not move far enough south as it is supposed to be -1 F here this evening. Many of us will feel this round of weather.
 
We had this cold weather a few days ago over this way. It's in the 40s now and pouring rain. Many roads are flooded as the storm drains are all clogged with snow. Temp is going to drop like a rock tonite though, so everything will be a giant icecube tomorrow with temps in the low teens.

I actually do have the flu but it turns out it doesn't matter. My foreman called and said the general shut down our job(northwestern hospital downtown) for today and tomorrow.
 
i live an hour away from my job...called off today..the risk outweighed the reward.

my GF works for the post office and is NOT happy to be walking and driving in this snow and cold ALL day.
