Hey everyone,

My dad was into aquariums and kept angels and junk when I was little. I got my first tank for myself when I was about 12, I'm now 25 and have always had at least one tank since then except when I lived in the dorm. I currently keep the following:

50 gallon: 9" pair of managuense, new batch of fry every 6 weeks
55 gallon: 2 10-11" female Crenicichla cincta, 8" polypterus delhezi, 7" polypterus ornatippinis, plants
55 gallon: plants galore with CO2 injection, 3 4" synspilum, dithers
55 gallon: a foot long pleco, 4" pair salvini, 3" pair saulosi, 4" pair Metriaclima estherae OB, 2 pairs 4" Astatotilapia latifasciata
30 gallon: 1 red-eared slider turtle named Vern
30 gallon: 6 2" Lepidiolamprologus nkambae, 9 1-3" Hap. sp. "rock kribensis"
30 gallon: 9 2" Hap. sp. 44, 8 Cyprichromis sp. "blue flash" 3 Neolamp. callipterus
29 gallon: 4" pair Neolamprologus tetracanthus, spawn consistently
20 gallon: saulosi growout
20 gallon: managuense growout
10 gallon: growout
10 gallon: growout
10 gallon: growout

A few species I've kept and bred in the past include Champsochromis spilorhynchus (wish I still had those!), Fossorochromis rostratus, Copadichromis chrysonatus, Hap. nyrerei "Ruti Island", convicts, Hysophorys nicaraguense and red devils. I am currently a member of the Capital Cichlid Association, Potomac Valley Aquarium Society and the National Aquarium in Baltimore. I have a very very unfinished and not current website at www.cichlidiots.com

Happy fishkeeping to you all...

Daniel
