Danios got really light in color

I just did a water change yesterday and 2 of my giant danios got really light in color......... almost white. one stayed nice and bright in color... anyone have any ideas what this might be? i never noticed such a drastic overnight difference.
p.s. i'm treating some of the fish for ick

sounds like stress. i've had fish have a drastic color change like that and it was always due to stress. check your water params to make sure everything is ok. Add a bit of salt and maybe some stress coat if you have it and they should be fine. Ick is very noticeable as you would be able to see white spots on the fish not just a lightening in color.
