I have a 4 inch zz that was very bright when i first got him. Ive had him for about 2 weeks now and he has turn very dark. Hes in a 100g with a 6 inch jag, 4 in mota, and a pair of convicts. The only aggression I see is between the male convict and the flowerhorn no other fish fights with the zz. I do have a black background and i read that can affect the coloring of the fish but i cannot change the color. Anyone have tips of what I should do? I really do not want a black flowerhorn lol

Yea probably stress. from what ive read and seen in videos, convicts are mean for there size
