dark/black usually = stressed
That might be why you are finding it difficult to find pics.

Oh, I always just thought the few i have seen aren't stressed because they are feeding, etc. Just fine =]

Flowerhorns can fade and turn blk.. but not necessay ugly looking.. dark flowerhorns sometime do appear...
