dark spots on albino bichir stomach. Worms?

Hi guys, i just lost a baby senegal by an outbreak of paracetic worms in his stomach. now it seems that my healthier and bigger albino bichir is getting worms too (hope i'm wrong). I always see my 4.5 inch bichir floating on the tank surface. i can see some darkish shading on my albino's underbelly, suspiciously like the time when my now diseased smaller albiono bichir had when he had worms. are the shading on his belly worms? no red on his anus (positive sign of worms) right now.
