Hey fellow fishy people

First time posting, finding droves of helpful information from all of you.
Wanted to share my tank and fahaka puffer Dart; currently ~3 months old with a mean appetite. For the moment he resides in a 65g tall with a marineland 70 on the back. Plenty of fake plants (for the time being) caves and other nice hiding places. He lives with a large common pleco, 5 serpae tetra and 5 tiger barb. I think there's something to raising a young puffer with larger non aggressive fishes. So far he hasn't touched any tank mates and shows his belly when the pleco gets pushy. Welcome aboard:)
Nice Juvie Fahaka.

Its mainly coz hes still young that hes not that aggressive... when my old girl hit about 10” thats when she went from pushover to fighter...

However, it also does come down to the individual puffers personality how they act around tank mates...

In the past i’ve even heard of fahakas living in community tanks for 5-10 years before one day deciding to tear into all their tankmates killing everyone...

So best advise is just to keep a watchful eye on any changes in behavior with your puffer to avoid trouble...
