Darters in NY area

Does anyone know of any place where I can find small Darters in the Brooklyn NY or Staten Island (not all the way out) area? It's a shot in the dark, but still.
I'm looking for preferably like Rainbow or Tangerine Darters, but anything under 3" would be great.

I know some in Brooklyn aquarium club/society go collecting and sell/trade them .

I have never seen any pet store in NY carry anything but swamp in feeder fish tanks.

Tangerines are protected and are not legally available; they're also big for darters, over 6". Rainbows and several other species are readily available from online vendors. I think you'll have a lot more success getting them online than buying locally.
