brackish set-up choral gravel and approximately 1 heaping tbs of marine salt for every 2 gallons.

awww! i love the catfishies :D
the columbian shark was the first fish i ever got. i got 3 as a beginner a couple years back in a 10 gallon. now i have 1 of those three in a 75...trying to get some new ones, but they havent been doing so good...

i have 4 of the columbian sharks in with ,at the last count,12 dats , lol, i think they are awsome and i cant wait for them to grow a bit , do they slow down as they get bigger because they are very active , even in the day

I also think they are great looking. They really do resemble mini-sharks (except for the barbells)

Yes, they slow down at about a foot long. They seemed more active when young. I think they are best with two or more. They always stick together as in the picture. I can post some other pics of them (bottom feeder section). I think I read that they were considered a schooling fish, so get the solitary one some company soon.
