Dat Disease? Help!!

one of my 19 dats might have dat disease and i really dont want them to all die. all of them are all about 1"-1.5" small. so i came home from work and this is what i saw when i was feeding my dats. one of the smaller dats was breathing hard and i noticed it had this small white worm looking thing on his armpit (under his right side fin). also noticed he had slight case of cloudy eye on one of his eyes. just wondering if this is dat disease or my dat is really sick. please advise on what to do and what it is going on. thanks

Doesnt sound like the disease. Dats get cloudy eyes due to poor water quality. If its just one eye he could have just scraped it. I would add salt and aeration to the tank. How big is the tank?
