Dat Gill Swelling

so ... my datnoid has developed this weird gill problem...
its not exactly the gill but that lil gill plate on the cheek ... its like swelled up ...
i cant get any pic of it yet ( but will continue to try) ...

anybody know wat it could be?

how big is the dat compared to the tank?

Edit: actually scratch that your tanks are pretty big, idk exactly what it is but u could always try pimafix or melafix to possibly help

ya thats i was thinking, either pima or mela.... except i wanna see if anyone has any idea if its bacterial or parasidic .
