Indo, One of the best ive ever seen, tail markings are the only way to tell. Otherwise it looks like a ST. the middle bar does sweep back nice!
Bottom picture makes him DEF look indo, i theard indos can develope the 4th bar over time, in the bottom pic it looks like it may be slowly developing, only time will tell.

but the middle bar goes all the way to the bottom, if you say thats a ST, then I seen a lot of baby ST in my area 
and how much they sell that widebar? ^^

Both are indos.
First of all dont always go by the charts.
The tail stripes are not the only way to tell. When people say it is, it just makes things
more confusing to new comers. Someone is going to see a true widebar and say "must be a indo, 3 tail stripes". The only positive way to tell is if the middle bar sweeps backwards in a certain angle, overall looks/head shape, and the indos bars are usally more wavy rather than straight.
And another thing i discovered was these 3 bar indos all have this weird 'hump' at the top of their third bar. I dont know if anyone else has noticed this but i certainly have.
