I've noticed in the past few days that my gold dat has been hiding more often and will come out to eat but not swallow anything. I've been feeding him frozen krill, silver sides, and chopped white fish. Hes only had feeder minnows once since i purchased him and hes been with me for about 4 months. The tank is bare bottom so he cant be impacted I've just done a 40% water change and I'm taking water to work tomorrow morning to test the levels. Any ideas what could be causing this behavior? There was no new additions to the tank recently so i don't think hes being bullied. Any input is invaluable, i don't wanna lose this little guy.
